Untitled

Those emotions clubbed with that time
Left in her memories now for a long while
Locked away in her unconscious mind
Nothing left to recollect, all grey and white
Life had suddenly changed in a blink
Giving her no time and space to think

Roles had changed, responsibilities too many
Change was inevitable without spending a penny
Adjustments were required, no hassle
Inside her heart, she felt like an empty castle
Yet, she was bit relaxed looking at that man
The face of her future, holding her hand

Struggling to settle in her new phase
Trying to solve the impossible maze
Being careful with every move
But still she needed to improve
To balance her mind and heart
With a smile from the very start

Oh! She tumbled again and again
Wondering to board which plane
That will take her to the peaceful place
Where trust and acceptance will grace
Where her man will trust her blindly
And their love will grow at a faster pace

In her search for that safe harbor
She seems to have lost her way
With the droplets embracing her cheek
And his words whispering in her ear
She extended her hand in the misty air
Emptiness greeted her everywhere

Down on her knees, she fell
What was next, she couldn’t foretell
Yet his voice echoed in her head
She needs to keep moving ahead
The pace may be slow and dry
On her path, under this burning sky

Where will it end, she needed a reply
How and why are the questions, sigh
Searching the tale of love with no goodbye
With him besides her, she wanted to fly
In the warmth of his hands, she yelled
Closing her eyes, all her fears dispelled!
